"Modely" is a service that automatically generates reports for rebar inspection items simply by scanning rebar using devices like the iPad. Approval for "new technology" that can be utilized in public works and registration with "NETIS" have been completed! As a result of field trials conducted in collaboration with the Chubu Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, it has been approved as "new technology" in accordance with the trial guidelines for rebar shape measurement utilizing digital data. This means that Modely is now a target technology for "promoting the use of new technologies in direct construction projects." It can also output the current rebar model, which becomes invisible after pouring, allowing for compliance with BIM/CIM principles. Furthermore, it enables data sharing with clients, completing the rebar inspection in the cloud. It contributes to cost reduction and alleviation of labor shortages through the streamlining of rebar inspections.
